Matthew joined the District in 2022. Prior to joining the District, Matt started as a seasonal catch basin technician for Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito and Vector Control District before becoming the Seasonal IT Assistant at SYMVCD. There he learned the ins-and-outs of supporting mosquito operations and the technology pivotal to the success of the District.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento.
