Donna Rutherford was previously Vice Mayor of the City of East Palo Alto. She was on the City of East Palo Alto City Council for 13 years, and she retired from the Council in December 2017.

Donna was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2007.  She has displayed her commitment and dedication to the District by serving in several leadership positions on the Board, including as president, vice president, and secretary.
